Within the first month of operating, Twisted Web Solutions already had an established network of loyal customers.
In early February, Twisted Web Solutions wished to improve their customer care, and to do so they launched their new hosting plans and support system. Now, Twisted Web Solutions can offer around the clock support every day of the week.
Twisted Web Solutions then began concentrating on security, launching their new security service to penetrate test customers websites, making sure eveything was maintained as a safe environment. Upon the success of this, Twisted Web Solutions then launch other services, including a monthly support system and a new domain area to buy domain names direct from the site.
What does the future hold for Twisted Web Solutions? Within the near future we plan on opening a consultancy agency, where customers can book appointments and have face-to-face interaction with our designers.
